Pedestrians are out and about enjoying our crisp mountain air and 300 days of sunshine, so be aware when driving around town that there may be more bikers, runners, and even cross country skiers sharing the road (in an epic snowstorm). The temperatures can change drastically in Bend, so make sure you bring layers. A beautiful hot summer day that lets you enjoy all our lakes, rivers and streams will make way for a lovely cool night where you can savor our delicious food and drink.
