Tetherow

Named #71 of the top courses in America by Golf Digest, this course is a must play on the bucketlist. A decade after David McLay Kidd established his architectural reputation with the original Bandon Dunes course, he returned to Oregon, settled in Bend and built another dazzling course, Tetherow. Far different than Bandon, with a manufactured landscape of lumps and bumps, far more bunkers, plus a couple of lakes, it nonetheless has the same fescue as at Bandon, so tee shots get plenty of roll and some approach shots can be bounced into flagsticks.

Widgi Creek

Named one of the Best New Resort Courses in America when it was built, this course is both fun and challenging. At just under 7,000 yards from the back tees and 5,000 from the forward tee boxes, Widgi offers a unique and fair challenge to all golfers.

What the course might lack in yardage, it makes up for with tight, tree-lined fairways and large, undulating greens. The 653-yard third hole is one of the longest Par 5s in the country and the 216-yard 11th hole is all the Par 3 you can handle.

Widgi Creek also features an expansive practice facility that includes two practice putting greens, a bunker area and natural grass driving range. Golf professionals also are on staff to provide a variety of lesson options to fit everyone’s budget.

Pronghorn
Nicklaus Signature Course

The Nicklaus Signature Course has been named #39 on Golfweek’s Best Resort Courses. Designed by the master golfer, Jack Nicklaus, their signature golf course plays firm and fast and accommodates golfers of every skill level…even Jack himself, who stopped by to play his course this summer. This public course provides a minimalist experience with an emphasis on the golf game itself, combining strategy with playability, beautiful transitions and true putting surfaces. Ancient lava rock ridges and outcroppings intertwine with natural landscapes and frame magnificent views of the Cascade Mountains.

River's Edge

River’s Edge Named as one of Golf Digest’s “Best places to play” this course is consistently touted by local golfers as affordable, challenging and fun. One of the best golf courses in Central Oregon, River’s Edge features 18 challenging holes to test your golf skill level.
